FANZONE PODCAST MEDIA PACK

Bio:

“The Fanzone Pod is an independent Bolton Wanderers fan podcast producing match reaction, long-form guest interviews, and written analysis on the club and its supporters. Founded in 2022, the show has interviewed guests including former BWFC players, staff, and Bolton-adjacent personalities. By the fans, for the fans."

Note From The Team:

We started this podcast because we love Bolton Wanderers and we love talking about Bolton Wanderers. That hasn't changed and isn't going to.

Everything we do is built on the community we build along the way with guests, with other podcasters, with journalists, and with the listeners who turn up week in, week out. We are easy to work with and worth the conversation. If that sounds like something you want to be part of, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

How To Get In Touch:

The fastest route to us is via email: thefanzonepod@gmail.com

Please include in your message:

  • Who you are

  • Who you represent (if applicable)

  • What you're proposing

  • Any time-sensitivity

  • Best contact number if it's quicker by phone

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours. If it's urgent, mention "URGENT" in the subject line, and we'll prioritise.

For DMs, X is checked most regularly, but for anything substantive, email is best so we don't lose track.

Where To Find Us:

Inviting Us Onto Your Show:

We love guesting on other shows. Whether you're another Bolton Wanderers podcast, an opposition fan podcast, or a non-football show that wants a fan voice, please get in touch.

  • Opposition fan podcast crossovers around fixtures

  • Regional/national football media looking for Bolton fan perspective

  • Local Bolton media on club, fan culture, or community issues

We can typically commit to recordings within 7 days of confirmation. We're flexible on time of day, weekday or weekend, and can record remotely using whatever platform you prefer.

Press, Journalist and Media Enquiries:

We're available for comment as Bolton Wanderers fan voices. If you're working on a piece that needs an independent fan perspective on:

  • Match reaction or upcoming fixtures

  • Club ownership, finances or governance

  • Stadium, ticket pricing or matchday issues

  • Manager/playing staff stories

  • Bolton-specific football culture

…please reach out. We can usually turn around quotes, comments, or short on-camera/audio contributions within 48 hours for time-sensitive stories.

Brand and Sponsorship Enquiries:

We work with a small, deliberately limited number of long-term sponsor partners (currently Loving My Socials and B2B Workwear) rather than running short-term commercial spots. We prioritise relationships over income.

If you're a brand interested in associating with the Bolton Wanderers fan community in a meaningful, long-term way, we'd love to hear from you. Get in touch via the contact details below, and we'll send through what's available.

Our Audience:

The Fanzone Pod audience is overwhelmingly:

  • Geographically: UK-based, predominantly North-West England

  • Age: 35 - 54 (40%) and 55+ (45%)

  • Gender: 99% Male

  • Platform mix: YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, X, Facebook plus growing audiences on TikTok, and Instagram

For up-to-date audience figures and platform breakdowns, please get in touch, and we'll be happy to share specific numbers with serious enquiries.

Our Branding:

You're welcome to use The Fanzone Pod logo, name, and imagery in coverage, listings, or promotional material related to working with us.
